- Claims for damage can be submitted at any time
- For lost packages submit claims after 30 days from shipment date.
- All claims must be submitted within 90 days after the shipment date.

Processing, Production & ShippingMost orders are processed the same day but depending on demand may take up to 1 - 2 days. Once your order is processed it is then sent to production. Please review the charts below for average production and shipping times.
